SANTA ANA, Calif. \u2013 The AFTCO x B.A.S.S. Nation Conservation Grant Program<\/a> continues in 2026 to support conservation initiatives throughout the country. The Conservation Grant Program was created in 2018 to help provide funds to approved freshwater bass conservation projects proposed by B.A.S.S. Nation clubs. To date, AFTCO\u2019s total contribution to this program has exceeded $177,000 in grants. This partnership with B.A.S.S. Nation Conservation has actively contributed to the shared goals of AFTCO and B.A.S.S., fostering community and youth-oriented conservation projects that positively impact local fisheries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\t\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Grant Program provides financial support for stocking bass, habitat enhancements, and ensuring that bass are properly cared for and returned to lakes and rivers in the best possible condition for future generations to enjoy. These efforts are coordinated locally with the aid of B.A.S.S Nation chapters, governmental fishery management agencies, local businesses, and the valuable support of volunteers and youth organizations contributing their time and labor to the cause.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cConservation has always been at the heart of who we are at AFTCO, and continuing the AFTCO x B.A.S.S. Nation Conservation Grant Program into 2026 reflects that long-term commitment,\u201d said AFTCO President Casey Shedd. \u201cSince 2018, this program has helped fund meaningful, grassroots conservation efforts \u2014 from habitat enhancement to bass stocking and proper fish care \u2014 by empowering local B.A.S.S. Nation clubs, agencies, and volunteers. We\u2019re proud to have contributed more than $177,000 to projects that strengthen fisheries, engage youth, and ensure our lakes and rivers remain healthy for future generations of anglers.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
